Updates...again

This year has been a wild roller coaster....I honestly don't even know where to start so I am going to do a quick and basic timeline.

You see a lot has happened in the past few months...if you have not read this blog up to date I recommend it. Anyways...if many of you have not caught on...JB is no longer available for commissions, requests or comments. He is currently behind bars, yet again, due to violating his probation...because of his artwork (loli).

Many of you already know that Johnston Blackhorse did time from September 2015-March 2017...and then he was released to a halfway house but...then he was put back into a detention center due to some clerical errors...then he was sent back to start over at the half way house in April...which is when he started looking for work...he started the group counseling and he was also able to visit me frequently.

Then in June he was put on home confinement, but still under the BOP custody, until September. During his time on home confinement he worked for a short period, due to some heart complications he had to quit his job, he was biking between 14-25+ miles a day depending on where he had to be and in 100+ heat.

While this was all going on I still worked as much as I could to make ends meet and he didn't want to be a 'burden' so he did what he could to help out financially. Which was draw different types of commissions...and that was what got him in the hot water that he is in now...

On September 12th he was released from BOP custody, he was put on lifetime supervision. His PO started home visits, asking questions, looking through the apartment while answering any questions that we had...I believe he had visited the apartment twice in September? We (brother and I) answered all his questions and brother handed him any artwork that was questionable... basically all the explicit loli artwork that he had. Then on September 26th brother had to go to court for a clarification on his restrictions. Which is when he stopped making anymore explicit drawings.

In the beginning of October I had put in my 2 week notice...because JB was planning on taking over the bills and help me with my art...while I also pursued other opportunities. After I put in my notice I received a different notice on the 11th, from the realty office of our apartment, claiming I didn't pay rent...when I did send out my money order weeks before.

Then later on the 16th, during another visit from JB's PO...the computer tower was taken. A few days later JB was taken into custody...by the end of the week we had attended court twice. On the 20th JB was to stay in custody until November 2nd for his next court appearance, that same day was my last day at work.

On November 2nd our parents attended court with us and it was to be continued on a later date. That night our parents and I went to the Nevada Southern Detention Center to visit JB through a TV screen for an hour. They then left the next day for home.

The following Monday on the 6th I went to court to see what was going to happen from there. On this day they found him on violating his probation because he still had his artwork saved on the computer. He was sentenced to serve another 6 months...he has 1 month down and another 5 more months to go...possibly 2 months in and the rest at the halfway house? I'm not sure.

There are many laws that prohibit the depictions of minors, whether rl minors were used or not is irrelevant. There are the obscenity laws and protect act of 2003 that were mentioned in court. Now JB didn't know that he could be found at violating due to fictional drawings...he assumed because they were fictional he was safe. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.

He is currently trying to put an appeal in on the decisions that were made. He has written to me and called me. I have sent him some money and paid for our phone calls...which has put a strain on me financially. I am not working at the moment but I will be working soon. Most likely 2 jobs to get on top of things better. Oh and I made the decision to cash out my 401K to make ends meet...which was a stupid thing...but it's done and I am barely making it off of whatever I have left.

I know that it has taken me a while to update everyone and I apologize for that. If you can please share this link because I am only going to be posting here on the blog. I am no longer visiting any other sites. I will also be sharing his mailing address and western union info...and please post those if you can...I also want you all to know that yes I am okay and yes I am still here but I will not be able to post much because I will be picking up 2 jobs soon.
