Scary Unconstitutional, Overbearing and Punitive Probation Conditions.

I've been having to deal with a lot of BS the fed court had handed down and I feel like I'm being backed into a corner.

Several of the conditions are overbearing as it is some of the negating visits from some of my younger siblings without prior written approval. My family has never had reason to fear me or be protected from me for any reason. We all think the courts are going too far and we believe that after my imprisonment (which we find is completely unnecessary) I ought to be free to have visits with family or live with family without prior approval.

Another restriction is a pornography ban. The only reasoning behind this is based on an erroneous PSR (pre sentence report) which is flawed and tainted by conjecture throughout. The specific reason to negate my access or possession of pornography is based on the conjecture that I MIGHT utilize pornography to entice minors to perform sexual acts. There is no fact nor history of this behavior to support this conjecture. As a matter of fact when the PSR investigator submitted her report on this matter all I could think was, "You sick cunt! That thought never crossed my mind." I find this restriction unconstitutional not only because it's based on conjecture, it negates me access to protected free-speech material available in legal published pornography.

The other restriction I find horrendous is this pornography ban negates me from DRAWING any pornography effectively violating my freedom of expression of art. As a pornographic artist I like to express my sexuality through my art and make a living off that. This restriction directly violates my freedom of speech right by barring my sexual expression through art and has also been a major detriment in my capacity to make a profitable living through my art.

The more recent terms that have been handed to me are very intrusive, punitive and I feel are somewhat illegal.

One of the guidelines I'm being forced to live by is giving up the personal data and social security number of people in my apartment. I feel this is a breach of the privacy who come into my apartment and is akin to warrant-less search. They're reasoning is for their protection and my protection, but I feel that's a flimsy excuse for a warrant-less search of the average citizens around me. They say as a felon I'm not to be around other felons, but I believe this guideline was first enacted in a time concerning felons involved with a criminal history of racketeering. That would make sense, but I personally don't have a history of racketeering or associating with known felons so I believe this probation term is superfluous and overbearing not only on me but those who want to help or associate with me in close proximity.

The other recent development is the installation of monitoring software on my laptop. I feel this is very intrusive into my personal and financial affairs and not only that I feel this condition is punitive after the fact by forcing me to pay $30 a month for this unwanted service. If I'm unable or refuse to pay then they'll take my computer which I believe is a UN violation. The UN in 2016 had deemed internet connectivity a basic human right, and for the federal probation office to threaten to take away that access for inability or unwillingness to pay for their intrusion is a direct violation of my human rights as set forth by the United Nations Human Rights Council.

I just feel I have to talk about this and bring it to the attention of the public. I need help and want to bring awareness to others because it's very easy for the feds to target a citizen and give them the same treatment.

I'm really stressing out over all this BS the Federal Bureau of Intimidation are forcing me to do. Otherwise I'm going to prison... and I just might do that.

I need to spread awareness of this BS because it won't stop until confronted and I can't do it alone. Please like and share this video to help me end this unconstitutional Hell for me and other's like me. In doing so you may be helping yourself, because in this country if your not a "felon" then you're a "potential felon" and there is no in between.
