How is it possible that you're able to do any loli content whatsoever, especially when it comes to accepting solicitations for creating it? Seems like any depiction of underage girls in an erotic context - even without nudity or sex - would violate the terms of your parole. Is this something the court specifically defined for you in writing, or is one of those obscenity legalities where it's just up to your parole officers / monitors' opinion if what you're drawing is over the line?
I was just told not to draw porn and the definition for porn was very clear. No genitals, sex, and nudity. I figure as long as I don't draw any of that stuff, I'm good.
Does the court know you're currently getting commissioned to draw underage girls doing sexy poses in bikinis and such? If they don't, seems like it would be a ticking time bomb for you and your commissioners getting in trouble with the law.
Glad to hear you got an extension on your eviction this month btw. Hope your landlord comes around in your favor all together re: that b.s. with your roomie
As long as it's not porn I'm fine. Besides they see whatever I post thanks to the invasion of privacy monitoring software they installed. If it was an issue I'm sure they would have said something by now. Besides I'm not drawing actual girls. I think that was their major concern with my loli art and why they wanted to file new charges, but none of my drawings are based on real children. So they're yet to take me back to court for my previous loli drawings and at this point I doubt it's going to happen.
I guess it's obvious they're not "actual girls" when it's a Street Fighter character or an obviously cartoonish character like Angelica Pickles, but if the court is watching for drawings based on real children, couldn't realistic depictions raise a red flag? I thought the 2003 PROTECT Act specifically included prohibition against depictions of "fictional minors"
The so called 2003 Protect Act is what their trying to file new charges against me for, but they haven't moved forward at all. Sure some of my depictions might be "realistic" but due to the sentencing guidelines, there has to be an actual minor in my case which there isn't because the "realistic" loli drawings I've produced all came out of my imagination and artistic prowess. I think You're worrying too much. Sure they sent me back to prison over a matter of drawings, but that was pretty fucked over to begin with.
I guess what I mean is, have you taken any such commissions since you were sent back to prison for your drawings, thus establishing the precedent for the courts allowing your realistic risque lolis?

DeleteHave you already done some sexy (but not pornographic) realistic loli commissions since you re-opened for commissions?
DeleteNope. They've all been based on cartoony characters drawn in their cartoony style.
